What we collect

• Order details: name, email, phone number and shipping address you enter at checkout, and the items you order.
• Newsletter: your email address, if you choose to sign up.
• Messages: anything you send us through the contact form, email or WhatsApp.
• On your device: your cart is stored locally in your browser (localStorage) so it survives a refresh. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.

How we use it

• To process, pack, ship and support your orders.
• To reply to your enquiries.
• To send occasional updates, only if you opted in to the newsletter.

Payments

Online payments are handled by Razorpay. When you pay, your card, UPI or bank details are collected and processed directly by Razorpay under their own privacy and security terms. We never see or store your full card details on our servers.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with the partners needed to fulfil your order, such as our payment processor (Razorpay) and our shipping/courier partners, and where required by law.

Retention and your rights

We keep order records as long as needed for accounting, tax and support. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing hello@agnivaah.com. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any email.
